Being somewhat resilient and resourceful, I've managed to get by with all the challenges and difficulties in the past.

But merely getting by is not good enough.

If the source or root of the problems is not eliminated, the same problems will keep coming up.

But the source has never been eradicated.

And keeping dealing with the same problems is not only stressful but most miserable sometimes.

In pain we suffer, alone most of the time.

Such is life, or so it seems.

But of course if you know there's a way to remove the cause, things are not totally hopeless.

And I know there is a way.
