get up, get out, work out. time to hit the gym~~~
man its been a long time since the last time hitting the gym was few month ago
guess like is time to get back and start the training and work out
pbs: bench 225 lb. squat 300 lb. running 5-10km everyday. 500 sit ups and push up everyday.
wishing i can do more by the end of this year.
goal: bench 250 lb. squat 350 lb. run at least 10km. minimum of 500 sit ups and push ups!!!
summer, is about time! yah!
