Sigh, why did I set those goals for myself? now my back is hurting cuz i have been lifting too heavy for the past few weeks = =
sure i can dead lift 280lb. sure i can squat 400lb...but due to that, now my lower back is hell in pain
god damn it, now i have to take a good rest for a week without going to gym trying to recover it
