I won't agree or disagree with them because I simply don't know how the current stock market plunge is going to unfold. Nobody really knows though some claim they do.
Anyone may guess, however. But the safe thing for an investor to do is to react to market moves rather than guessing those moves. The trick is to react early, not after the market has already made a huge move.
