ya, its been more than a week i didnt go gym...cuz my lower back hurt like hell = =
for whatever reason, it just hurt so much i couldnt really bend backward or use any of the lower back muscle.....
the only thing i can recall is that i was doing plank with 3 plates of 45lb on my back...which is crazy, and also stupid (if thats how im getting hurt atm)
but other than that, i just couldnt think of anything....or unless it was cuz i was deadlifting 280lb?!
which i dont really think is the reason, cuz its my 2nd time lifting 280 tho....
but anyways, fucking pain in the ass that i didnt wana go gym to make it worse. but its been mroe than a week, and it isnt really fully cured, still hurt a little
now my book report which i was expecting myself to finish last week, which i didnt....took me a long time to read that book. fortunately, im finished with the book, now the only thing left is just to do a report on it, summarize it and give some opinion then im done.....
done for the whole year until sept! fuck ya....summer starts tmr (cuz its the time i finish my report)~~!!!
