此片語表示「未能.....；忘記、忽視......」

never fail to V. 表示「總能....；總是可以....」

片語 fail in sth 則表示「在某事物中失敗.....」

句型 S. + be / get used to + V-ing / N. 則指現在的狀態或習慣

‧Wtlie is used to sleeping late on Saturday morning.
                        (to 為介係詞，接V-ing或名詞)

‧It took some time to get used to my new scooter.
                               (to 為介係詞，接V-ing或名詞)

　我花了點時間適應我的新機車

句型 sth + be used to V. 為被動語態，表示「某物被用來....；某物被使用在....」

‧This machine is used to wrap the chocolates in paper.

　這台機器用來把巧克力包在紙中

I can't help wondering where kids who love books will spend their summer days now.

句型解析：can't help + V-ing

此片語表示「不禁.....；忍不住....」
